Pitched Roofing
For installation or repair, we can work on slated or tiled roofs. If you can see missing components from ground level, find fallen slates and tiles, or have started to notice dampness in your loft space, or on walls and ceilings, we can offer a full repair service which also covers insurance work.
We also install pitched roofs, either for new builds or on older properties where a replacement is the most economical long-term option.
Flat Roofing
Older felt and bitumen materials tend to break down easily if exposed to changes in temperatures or weather conditions. Our roofers will usually use EPDM from Firestone RubberCover � to resurface flat roofs. If required, we can also replace damaged timber decks with new OSB boards.
Platinum Roofing & Property Maintenance Limited can also use GRP fibreglass to replace older systems, or we can apply modern torch-on felt as well.
Roofline Services
Your gutters, fascias and soffits protect the roofline and work in unison to direct rainwater into the drainage system. Older timber products, and especially bargeboards, wear down much sooner than our modern UPVC alternatives, which come with long manufacturer warranties.
The roofers on our team undertake full or partial roofline replacements, including gutter repairs , fitting in work around installations and reroofs.
Leadwork
Lead flashing keeps your property waterproof by covering joints and directing rainwater away from susceptible parts of the roof. Lead is a resilient material that can last for decades. This is what makes it such an essential choice for creating long-term waterproof barriers against dampness.
